Where you at in Iowa? I'm from the Davenport/Quad Cities area. Had some good riding about a week ago from that storm, thats for damn sure. I've got a '9x Polaris 700cc something or other (used to be my dads, he just gave it to me. No idea what it is, I just know its black and green + 700cc lol). Its a blast. We own like 180 acres of farmland with quite a few ponds, and when those babys freeze through its a blast pulling sleds around on them with the quads and snowmobile.

^used to ride to school all the time in high school, it was the best feeling to finish up classes and go ride instantly. We were actually banned eventually from riding to school because of the ""racing"" going on. Of course the school defines racing as like 25-40mph Lol.

The worst part is that I was Ditch banging when I got stuck in 3 1/2 feet of pow, then I thought pulling by the skis was a good idea. Not really, just attached the rope to the lower a arms and had the tractor start pulling and I gave the sled some gas and it came right out.
Moral of the story, pull your sled by the more solid pieces like the a arms.
