Hey Ballers I will be moving into the area in Jan. Someone do some research for me. let me know about players Localy. I HAVE $$$ big time and I will be looking to buy a indoor field so anyone with info could be rewarded.
I am buying a house with 102 acres in pleasureville.
plans are to:
buy or build and indoor field.
build a Camp to be dual used for horses and paintball camps.
To sponsor a Team for Psp, Uspl events. I will personally pick every player.
do not:
ask me to sponsor you.

Not very centrally located to where the majority of the ballers are...
You have BIG centers in Louisville (Asylum & Third Eye) and in Cinci (Unlimited). Move it west nearer Louisville or east (nearer Lexington) and you will probably have more stable clientele. If you built a large rec-ball/woods field you would draw more varied people for games. A simple indoor won't draw much as there are already well established indoors. There are/have been several airball fields in the region you are looking and they are all either gone or barely hanging on.
Not being a hater - just giving you info about the region and what you are facing business-wise. Personally, I'd make the trip occasionally if you had some kind of unique rec field or big games, but never would for simple airball (be it indoors or not).
Good luck!

It is my personal opinion that someone needs to fight to bring an indoor to Lexington.
I'm with loukyballer. You won't make a splash out in the middle of nowhere with an indoor when Louisville and Florence pull the big crowds.

Thank you for your opinions
What I seek is just info not opinions.
I am going to be off of my property in Pleasureville. Money isn't what i am worried about I have enough of that.
I wouldn't just build an indoor, I have owned a paintball facility so I know what is need to draw the crowds.
I also have played NPPL as a pro so I know the game and it's politics

The only indoor fields I know of right off are Third Eye in Louisville, Unlimited in Florence, and Cumberland in Somerset. Have heard about Asylum in Louisville building one but not sure though. I believe one would go over well if you could draw in the players from these other fields.

Where in Pleasureville would this be?
I see it being hard to keep a field up and running healthy when you are out in the middle of the country with terrible roads. Henry County's roads are terrible come snow time, too.
Cool to see some one else that plays, in my town.

honestly man if you want any chance of success you need to move more towards the lexington area. there is a big paintball community in louisville that is supported by two big fields so it is really taped out. unilimited in florence, and cumberland in somerset which are a bit of a haul from lexington are the closeest places. if you put a nice field in lexigton you would have 2 colleges with ncpa teams within 30min, and you would have a bif lexington paintball community that has been looking for a close place to play for years, and sorry but paintball hill doesn't count,

So, where in Pleasureville is this? Or, is it on the outskirts?
I really don't see where it could be in town. Maybe on the north end.
