Your favorite whey flavors
What are yours? What are some that you tried and didn't like? I got strawberry banana and it was discusting!
I have samples of mint chocolate and rocky road coming now I will let you know about those. I also hear good things about the mocha.
And for the record I am talking about the gold standard 100% whey

**** yeah gold standard double choco tastes the best. im using myofusion right now and it was good at first but now i am starting to hate it. too bad because gaspari is a good company.

ON and MGN (American Iso is what it's called now, I think). I've had like 5 different flavors of each and never had a problem. I mix mainly with milk though for extra calories.
I've found all that I've tried to be an absolute treat with milk. Not bad with water, but obviously milk tastes better and makes a thicker shake.

Just had rocky road with milk, it's amazing and mint chocolate with water isnt good

Well...technically whey is whey. But there are a lot of other proteins other than whey. In other words, whey is not casein is not soy, if you catch my drift. And of course, there are a lot of different ways of whey being produced, so in short...

At a fitness center I work at, there is a business that makes and sells protein drinks right there in the fitness center. It is so cool and all the drinks are amazing!
