how do i change my FPS if i dont have the body spaces? does anyone know where i can get the spacer kit? can i just adjust the HPR until i get down to 280 FPS?

Yes, you can adjust through the reg. You only want to change the inserts if you have to drop your velocity very low, or you want to adjust your shot characteristics.

My gun out of the box chronoed at 285 and it had no volume spacers and the blue flow insert. You shouldn't need the volume spacers to hit that velocity. Use the blue flow insert and set your dwell at 8-9 then adjust the reg until its at 285 fps.
