I believe they did shake hands though, did they not? They definitely met up after the game.

It was one of Belichick's "I'm doing this because I have to" handshakes. Short, sweet, and obviously lacking in sincerity.

They did a waist height high-five while jogging in opposite directions. I don't think they even looked at each other. Meh, I'd only care if he ran directly to the locker room.

who cares if he shakes the guys hand or not. It makes no difference.

The real discussion here should be on the moronic time management on the part of the patriots. Holy **** it was awful. This is one of the worst collapses I have ever seen in a game and some of the worst coaching I have ever seen at the NFL level.

I can almost understand going for it in that situation after seeing what peyton just did to you on the drive to get within 6. But our defense had played pretty well most of the night. The thing that really irritates me is the horrible use of time outs. The first time, the colts kicked the ball off, the patriots came out, huddles for 20 seconds and called time out. I was ****ing pissed then, and that was before I knew what it would end up costing them. There is no excuse for that at all. They had been sitting down on the sidelines with plenty of time to think of what to run. And it's not like they lined up in a certain formation and saw some bad matchups. They didn't even get lined up. Inexcusable. Then they came back from that timeout and ran a dive to faulk. Really, you needed a full minute to draw that up?

He pretty much made a B Line for the locker room. One of his staff even knocked a camerman to the ground on his way.

He wanted no part of anything on the field.

Epic Fail by the Patriots once again.

How the **** can you not punt the ball, that's what I want to know.

I could care less who won, but this all made for an interesting game. I was quite surprised they didn't punt it though...i guess that didn't work out too well for them in the end anyways :/. all in all it was a fun game to watch!

I'd rather make Peyton Manning have to drive the ball 60-70 yards down the field with 0 timeouts and like 1:35-1:45 left, than give him a short field to work with.

Stupidest thing I've seen in football in quite some time, maybe ever.

Yea one of the funniest things to come out of this was that going for it on 4th down finally ****ed the patriots over instead of allowing them to pad stats and run up scores.

I'm quoting myself on this because this is the closest I've ever been to calling a game perfectly. Only a field goal off.

Truth. He did have an int too didn't he so there was a chance the defense could have tried for another one. Peyton would have had to make big plays before the time ran out.

Yet if the pats had made that 4th down and let the clock run out, you wouldn't be saying anything. Peyton already proved the previous drive he could go 80 yards and score in a very short amount of time, why give the ball back to him? I hate the patriots and think they're the scum of the NFL, but i would have made the exact same call. They had a chance to win the game and they took it.
