That doesn't really matter, if you've got 2 D3's on your APPA you're ranked D3 and it doesn't go down over time.

It should have picked up on 2 D3 players being registered on a D4 roster and never let them submit it.

Incorrect. Kenny played d3 5man in 2005 and then also played a d3 xball event after that I believe it was in 07. According to the ranking standards, he is legit D3 based on the xball appearance. Unlucky and its not really anyones fault, but it does suck for both Kenny and Fatality.

However after looking at the event as a whole, I dont think his D3 ranking should have mattered since the SPCS basically lumped everyone together in a single division anyway.
