Dye Customer Service
I know it has been said before but I was very impressed with customer service on my NT. I had one of the early ones that needed the new ASA. I called them and they took my address and told me they were sending the new ASA, new bumper pad (or whatever) and new spring.
I have had a DM8, DM9 and now the NT and this is the first problem I have had with a Dye marker. It is nice to know that they stand behind their product.

Yep, I needed a spring, and spoke with Zyzek. Received the part two days later. Gun shot beautifully at recent tournament, crisp and efficient.

We are currently out of stock on UL airports. If you have one that needs to be machined, you'll have to send it in, unfortunately.

Just to make things clear:
As of November 03, 2009, there are zero (0) UL airports in stock. We cannot send out replacements because we do not have them. We can only machine existing airports at this point.
For those of you that need their airport repaired, please call 858-536-5183 and request an ra#. Send the airport to us, we'll machine it real quick and get it back on the way to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I understand there are none in stock to be sent out right now. But why couldn't they have sent me one last week when I called and they where in stock.

I'm sorry sir, I have never had these in stock.
There is one person that Billy Wing talked to at World Cup. Billy made an arrangement with him to send him one of his personal airports. To my knowledge, Billy has contacted this individual through email about sending the airport, but has not actually heard back from him.
Again, the UL airports are not in stock, and have never been in stock. The way we have been dealing with the airports is people have been sending them in to be machined.

I guess it just depends on who you talk to then. There are two people that posted they where sent new ones with no exchange on here and one of my teammates called on Friday and they said they where sending him one as well. That sounds like at least three to me.

How did the airports get messed up anyways? Out of yall 3 years of testing and building the gun the airport worked just fiine for yall?

I have no reason to treat anyone differently than the rest. I'm a wholesale sales rep here at Dye. I post on here to help when I can. I just want to make sure everyone who has had an issue gets some sort of correspondence.
I'd be interested to see who your teammate talked to for a replacement. You may want to warn him that Dye doesn't have these in stock; Just so he's not disappointed when it does not arrive. If you want, you can PM me his name (or he can) and I can look it up and see if there is one on order for him.

This is a new style airport from our previous models. We had no issues with these airports when tested with our tanks and PMI tanks, but the issues are with other tanks.... That's why were in the situation we're in!

If you hit ext. 0 it will transfer you to an operator. You may have to hold if he/she is currently on the phone.
