What is up with this update kit.... I'm going on the 7th week that Dye reported that it was shipped and still nothing. Little frustrated that its taken 5 calls to Dye and they still have not shipped this to me.
What really sucks is I got a package in the mail, USPS, from California this weekend and was all happy thinking it was the update kit just to find it was something i ordered a week ago.

You should use the spacer body and at least one spacer ring. Then your rgun should shoot nicely.

Sent my NT in for updates prior to christmas and got it back last Thursday to find that it was damaged. The front was bent down and you can't put a barrel in it. This sucks.
I got this marker at the extravaganza and that one had a bent nose and carved in to the barrel and it was replaced, so now I send it in to get the updates and this one comes back with a damaged nose. This is a marker that has been hanging in my shop and has never seen paint, yet I can't seem to get one that I can screw a barrel into.
I have been calling Dye and getting transfered to customer service, who never seems to answer and I leave messages to no avail. The only way I can get ahold of anyone is to talk to a tech, but then they are taking their time to get messages for customer service because they don't answer. I just want to get my fixed and I am trying to get ahold of them so that if a claim with the shipping company needs to be filed, that we don't miss the time window. At this point I have had 1 call from customer service asking me to send pics (which I did) and have not heard anything back. It has only been a few days, but I would have thought I would at least get a notification that they were looking into it.
Just saw that they are covered in mud. Hope that gets cleaned up soon. Maybe that is why I did not get a returned call yesterday.

excuse me guys, what colour is the updated NT spring for the bumper?
i mean i think i've got the updated parts, the asa, the notch etc, but my NT is still chopping mad
could it be - the speed of the loader's not fast enough to feed my rof?
or i dont have one of the updated parts?

I know for a while, the updated spring was more of a copper color than the original spring which was a silver color. BTW, I also have a problem with barrel breaks like crazy and just opened a new thread so hopefully we can get an official response from Dye on it.

hmmm, mine's the silver coloured spring
and my ASA switch screw went missing today
and i havent gotten my NT jewel replacements yet since last month
i hope dye will be able to act on this

I have the nt upgrade and I'm still chopping paint like soup every time I call dye they ask me what's the weather where I live at and what kind of paint am I shooting I got a 1500 gun I should be able to shoot any kind of paint in any weather I have a luxe it never let's me down

Are you chopping or having barrel breaks? I've experienced the latter and it was primarily due to a bore mismatch with the paint I was using.

One of my NT's was also blowing paint up in the barrel pretty consistently however my luxe with the same paint etc... did not burst one ball except on target
whats up?

Im going off of no info here so im sorry if you have already done this. Try different barrel sizes? Do you have all of the updates? Are you using the blue or red insert?

they have the new style case etc....

If it's new you can almost be sure it has all the updates. Mine has and thats more than a month ago. It's easy to check.
