Re: Important change to our Rhode Island Service Department hours of operation.
In a move to further enhance the efficiency of our Rhode Island Service Department, no technical support phonecalls will be taken (or returned) on Wednesday's, effective immediately.
Gerry Bates will still be available for the remainder of the working week during normal work hours on (401) email@example.com
Finally, when sending in a marker to Gerry for repair please remember to follow these guidelines:
- Call (401) 2479061 BEFORE sending the marker in to request an RMA number.
- Include a covering letter with your marker that details AT LEAST the following information:
- Your FULL name
- Your FULL address
- Your daytime contact number
- A detailed description of the problems that you are experiencing
- Your RMA number.
