I have a PS3 as well. I pretty much just play NCAA 09 since I don't feel like buying the new one. I am going to get an xbox soon with forza 3 and modern warefare 2.

I'll probably pick up an Xbox, too, just to ****s with. But I doubt it will replace the PS3 as my bottom *****. Can't wait for the new Left for Dead.

I've always heard mixed reviews of the NCAA series. Is it as good as Madden?

i think it is better. i played madden 10 a few times on my friends ps3 and thought it was garbage and so slow.

it is also more fun. you have to do the recruiting, schedule visists, schedule what you want to talk to the recruits about at the visits, etc.

when you call them to recruit them you pick what you want to talk about and figure out what they like and don't like, once you figure that out you can hard sell them on the stuff your school is good at and they like, if they don;t like something but your school is good at it, you can do a sway pitch to try and change their mind.

if you do an offline dynasty with a **** school, you can get invited into conferences or offered different coaching positions. Like i started a dynasty with Army, and just got offered a spot in the big10.

Jordan Jefferson is going to get zone blitzed into hell in a couple weeks, Kolder.

The bells and whistles of NCAA are better then Madden, but the actual gameplay is crap compared to Madden. Once you get used to the speed of Madden 10 its alot better, and its way more fluid and makes more sense than NCAA.

I'll check it out, I've just always heard its not as smooth or as good as Madden.

Lee would probably be a better option in that game, simply because he can actually generate some offense.

I can already see how it will likely play out with Jefferson:

- Alabama - which leads the SEC in sacks, TFL's and QB hurries - will get consistent pressure with its three-man defensive line and disrupt the pocket, resulting in sacks as JJ refuses to let go of the ball
- Saban will send zone blitzes that Jefferson has never seen and he won't be able to read them effectively and like every other QB that's played UA this season, he'll be hit early and often and will likely be rattled
- Alabama has the #1 defense in the country, right now and it excels at stopping the run; Alabama's front seven probably gives LSU's OL hell and they won't be able to run the ball like they need to
- UA's 3 - 4 defense will shut down LSU's option pitches, which is like 60% of the offense

LSU is going to have a really hard time scoring points. Defensively, they'll come to play and Alabama's offensive gameplan will primarily revolve around limiting the role of LSU's excellent secondary and Ingram, Richardson and Upchurch will carry the day with McElroy mainly limited to dinks and dunks to Peek and Julio with the occasional deep bomb to keep LSU's defense from cheating in.

Overall, I like Alabama by two touchdowns in Tuscaloosa in a 21 - 7 type defensive slugfest.
