Hello all.
quick update on me. got a job at the university doing some chem research and living in the apartments on campus. It's quite the get-up. Lots of fun on weekends, and I really enjoy the work that I'm doing durning the weekdays.
everyone else's summers working out well?

Thanks guys. Need to update you. Got my wings, graduated survival school, water survival, and I'm now at my permanent duty base in California. I love it here. My dad had a Sacramento layover night before last, rented a car, and spent yesterday with me. We picked up some stuff for my new dorm, got my phone upgrade (I missed the upgrade because I was in BMT) to an iPhone4 that I LOVE, and had two really good meals yesterday: In N Out Burger and Chipotle.
But, on the downside, we found out my mom has cancer yesterday afternoon  The type has a 90 percentile cure rate, so I'm not too worried, but it still feels really odd knowing it happened to me... I was always that guy to lean on when people found out their parents had cancer, but when its my turn, I fall to ****. |
