At least you passed.
Tech school is ****ing HARD. Aircrew's tech school is really strict, for obvious reasons. We're not allowed to self medicate, the only thing we're allowed to take is one a day vitamins. If we see anyone other than the flight surgeon, we're placed in Duties Not Including Flying (DNIF) status until we're cleared by the flight doc. The actual schooling is worse! Last Friday I got a 140 page packet that had to be completed by Monday.

Like a tard, I hit submit accidentally and I can't edit posts on my phone. Damn.
Anyways, we had Monday-Thursday to go over the packet and test on it yesterday. Our instructor took Monday-Wednesday to go over it all so we could review all day Thursday. To pass the test, we needed a minimum of an 85 on a 40 question test. We could miss 6 at most. Sounds easy, but this packet was mind blowingly difficult with all the Forms and AFIs (rules). If we failed, we wash back a week and retest the following Friday. If you fail that test too, you're removed from the course and kicked out of the AF. HOLY ****
Talk about pressure! Good thing I pulled off a 90! Hell ****ing yes! I was stressing so bad I probably gave myself a hernia. Block 2 started yesterday as well, 105 page packet this time and I'm about 20 pages away from being done. I know most of it already from my Professional Pilot class in college last year. Same rules apply, 85 or higher. FML.

Thats intense. Good job on passing though, and good luck on your next one. I always sucked at tests. To me it seems like the test questions are 1000x harder than the **** you learned about for practice.

Thanks man. We test next Monday so at least I have the weekend to study. After that test, we go to the altitude chamber to see what hypoxia does to the body. Some people get happy/euphoric, some people get hot/nauseous. It effects everyone differently so the whole point is to recognize what it feels like should the plane lose pressure.
We also get to see the flight line and go "play" in the planes for a day. They've got a KC-135 in Air Force One livery, pretty neat. To top all of it, I start my 3 level course where I actually learn my job. So the week after next is gonna be crazy fun.

grats man. keep up the work.
I ****ing hate tests. So utterly pointless, atleast in engineering I feel. In any professional setting Ill have resources I can cross check to make sure I am doing it right.

I'm considering picking up a SLS, SL94, DW kit, Guerilla tank, and VIC'd Prophecy for $1500. Flip it for profit.

Do you do things like that often?
I'm really terrible at flipping things for profit.

What do you think the majority of my feedback is from?! I made a KILLING. Enough to pay for my ASM, BST Legit, and have HUNDREDS leftover. I lived for a full calendar year paying for gas, food, and fun off BST alone.

I got a lot of good deals. If I wanted one thing from a bulk buy, I'd buy it, part it all out, and keep what I wanted. I ALWAYS ended up with that item and cash on top, so it's like they paid me to take it.

Just bought myself a nice corncob pipe, I'm pretty excited about it. We have some nice home-grown tobacco here in Virginia.

Haha thanks guys. You know Bear has his own line of knives from Gerber? Pretty badass. I bought a KA-BAR and that sucker is SHARP. It's a shame I had to send it back with my parents because we're not allowed to have knives with more than a 3" blade.

****. I'd be terrified to use anything like that, especially that sharp. The fear of accidental disfiguration is great.
