Walking the A1 Fly

I am about to purchase an A1 Fly... a nice upgrade from my old LCD... but I had a quick question.

What are your experiences with walking the trigger in pure semi-auto mode? I personally have issues walking the trigger on my LCD but can rip a timmy, DM, or Ego. Haven't had an A1 in my hands yet so what do you owners think?

a1 fly trigger is easily the best on the market. no side to side movement and very snappy/crisp clean trigger pull.

With a 10bps cap I can't tell the difference between pure semi and PSP. You can set an A1 trigger to be just as light (probably lighter) than any other trigger out there. Or you can have it pretty heavy yet still smooth as silk.

I love the Fly trigger. It feels to me a lot like an 05/06 Ego trigger as far as snappiness, but much lighter and generally better. Definitely one of, if not the best stock trigger out there.

I dislike it honestly. I guess I'm more of a microswitch guy.

I prefer the snappy positive-action of a microswitch and the optical switch of the Fly trigger requires adjusting a bit differently: Moving the stop point further forward allows it to still activate the switch while remaining close to the return magnet, giving a stiffer return force that is closer to the feel of a microswitch.

Some things it has over others are literally zero side-to-side play, and small radii on the edges for a wide trigger surface that is very finger-friendly. I think you'll really like it.

I have quite a few guns, and have shot countless more... impo, A1 triggers are the best stock triggers ever released to the public... I can walk A1 triggers, even when badly adjusted, faster than just about any other gun... and the fly triggers are better, if that is even possible.. no wonder there's only a handful of aftermarket triggers for A1s... not that it matters too much if you're playing 10 bps capped...
