Anyone try to mod stuff to their NT? I've heard of the spool mod and people modifying NT bolt tips but has anyone tried putting and Mini bolt tip or exalt geo bolt tip on the NT? Anything to help reduce ball clipping/rollback?

I recommend the OLED if you want to simplify the ability of changing and adjusting the settings.

You can also send the marker itself to Billy Wing in Florida and he will fine tune the marker to Pro Team settings for a nominal fee of course.

Polish and Anno the Bolt and Firing Can as well.

Id be interested to know if the exalt tip fits an nt bolt but I doubt it.

My friends trying mini bolt tips on his dm bolts. He shaved off a little bit of the metal bolt tip to fit them. Not sure if it works well but he just told me about it.

2. A thing of dial soap with a hand pump, a non mechanical pencil and model glue.

i modded my old nt... i put a "prop rod" on the tip of my plunger. it worked awesome. it to 100% of the rollback out. was ripping ultra evil with no breaks. was great, dont play much anymore and sold my markers

i used a piece of 1/4" copper tube and cut it to length (took a few tries to get the proper length) then epoxied it to the tip of the plunger. worked great never had any issues with it. the hole at the end of the plunger was left open by using a tube instead of a solid piece.

I drilled a hole in the eraser.

I liked the softness of the eraser over the medal rod.

I have prototype Exalt tips for the NT, originally they were made without the complete face being the whole peace symbol structure. Instead, they were little fins that didn't connect in the middle. The prototype exalt tip incorporated the flow insert and the soft face as one. Unfortunately it did not work as well as we had planned. Instead I was using the tip of if with the insert part removed and it worked pretty darn well.

you can also "Shim" the insert with an oring to take up distance to prevent roll back which worked really well. I never tried the "prop rod" idea but it sounds intruiging. I had a couple other parts made up but unfortunately sold my NT before I could test them out. However, I think I will be putting them back to use very soon.

more info on this prop rod thing? im lost as to where it would go and how it would really be beneficial

i just put a purple oring on my flow insert and that stopped any rollback issues.
