I'm having the exact same problem with my vic: it won't go above 250. we do have some things in common: PE with white donut, pressure tester with LPR and HPR set to correct ranges (75-85 and 210-230 respectively). I followed the directions in the Vic manual about not being able to (reach velocity) to no avail.

I am using a HP Crossfire tank. Battery is new and shows green when I turn on. It was pretty nice out around 70, sunny with a breeze. I have not been able to do the last part from the ultimate sticky

You weren't able to fix the problem at all were you?

I only have a few weekends available to me before I won't be able to play for awhile so I'd like to hold off sending my marker in to BLAST unless they can get it back to me in 5 days.

BLAST is good with getting markers back fast. You may want to call and describe your problem, a new donut and/or the heavier bolt could solve your problem.

As for "blvictory" You should have your gun back, unless Customs snatched it..

Looks like the non supercharged Victory doesn't work very well.

I have a supercharger in mine and I'm having the same problem. No matter how much I crank up the reg, the velocity goes from 200 to 260. Can't get it any higher. Now the HPR guage on my pressure tester broke on top of that....

I also had this exact same problem as well. I bought my victory before the Supercharger kit came out. Before I shipped it out to Blast I decided to replace the white donut with one given by Terry Fong. Apparently it looks like that solved my issue when I got a call from Joe (BLAST Tech) telling me that it was able to shoot 290-300fps with pressures of 85psi on the LPR with 220psi on the HPR.

Even with all that Im still contemplating getting the SC kit.

Heitmann45 - HPR pressure impacts velocity on a bell curve. If you crank it up too high you end up on the back side of the curve which results in lower velocity. Putting in a pressure tester with the HPR cranked way high can spin the gauge. If you are unsure of where your pressure is - back it off then increase it with the tester in place.

Here is what I did about it:
Insert tester, lower you HPR to 200 and set your LPR to 90. Than set velocity with chronograph and everything should be fine.
I know that manual says LPR 75-85. But my Victory (SC kit) has problems on LPR - 80 (even chops).

i also had the same problem...

mine is supercharged...

i was using hater sauce for the lube and wasnt getting over 260fps..

i cleaned hater off and relubed with dow 55 and bam, instantly fixed..

after i relubed i was getting a consistent 290 avg.
