DM9 or NT?
I'm about to buy my first DM.
I'll be upgrading from a Proto. What should my first DM be?
Dye were one of the leaders in air efficiency prior to the NT, so besides that what would the benefits be?

Well most air efficient spool valve is the droid/clone...
For the dms, i shot a dm9 and was able to get 8 pods off a 48/4500 tank with alot of fine tuning. Its opinion. The NT is nice, just i don't like it imo.

Alright.
I want an NT, but I'll struggle for awhile if I pick one up. I'll probably try and shoot and NT before I drop all that money.
Could you please tell me what your settings were? If I'm not able to shoot one I'll just pick up a DM9.

Ok in reality, I'd probably pick up a dm9, buy a Billy Wing bolt kit, a ironmen trigger, and then call it a day. The Nt is nice, but the kinks are bad right now, and the price is hefty. But if you have extra money I say go for the NT. You're entitled to the fixed pieces as soon as they come out regardless. Your call

Shot a NT today for the first time. I didn't liked it... It as a kind of kick that pushes your barrel up. Maybe it was a quirky one though.
I'd go with a DM9 if I were you...

I've shot the DM9 and liked it. I'll head to the advice and start looking for a deal. Straight stock, what kind of efficiency would you get with the DM9?

I would say go for the NT,
My NT is sick. I also changed the red part inside the bolt for the blue and the marker shoots alot quieter. Seems to increase the airflow.

That paint was ridiculous. Probably some of the ****tiest paint I have ever shot. I had like 40 barrel breaks in one game.

No, my friend has an NT and he tried to shoot the 13 without any luck either. I shot my DM9. Once we swapped all our paint for Heat, we didn't have any problems.

Question - does the bolt disengage like a DM in a NT? I can put my finger in my DM9 feedneck and it retracts instead of slam through my finger. I would think the NT would do it too... But yes Crappy Paint sux.
