Where's the paint?

World cup shows off some guns (just rehashed guns with smaller barrels... not exactly a revolution), but no paint?

No testing ground for people to compare guns there either?

I see too much hype and nothing to back up the talk.

When Tippmann released their flatline barrel they had a great setup so the average player could plainly see how much further they could shoot.

I mean, I can buy regular .50 caliber (.50 caliber has been around for more than 15 years folks, it isn't new) from sports stores, but everyone is telling me that there is this "special" paint that is more dense.

So where is it?

If we wanted smaller paint, we'd use it. .43 caliber exists.. .50 caliber exists... 62 caliber existed, .63 caliber existed, even someone made 80 caliber for reusable lazerball.

So why is this so new all of a sudden with guns that look like the same cheap stuff we've seen before?

Not one average person has tried this gun yet... Yet there's so much BS around here you need a knife to cut it. So yeah... Call me a skeptic.

I am with you. I would love to see some actual testing. Not just a video showing shooting. Hell, I can go to my back yard zoom in on a target, shoot it from 10 feet a way to get a tight group, then zoom out and make it look like I shot it from 70 feet.
92 % Of the teen population would be dead if Abercrombie & Fitch said breathing wasn't cool. If your the 8% that would be laughing your *** off put this in your sig.

The GI video raises more questions then answers, there are things we know are right that appear wrong in the videos. First off we know a good barrel paint match gets us about 14" groupings at 75' but the video shows over 20". The way the paint enters the frame... A lot more questions then answers, the only answer it gave to me was it will be fired at the same velocity.

It doesnt matter who the parent company of gi milsim is. fact is they have a .50 cal impulse and a .68 cal impulse why do they not just compare the two as oposed to all the different types of guns? once they do that i will believe all of their efficiency numbers and shot groupings
