The Thirteenth Step

I recently picked up this album, and it has yet to leave my player. So many good songs on this CD, it came as a shock to me. It has a variety of music, with hard songs like The Outsider (My favorite) which is just downright kickass to slower ones like The Noose.

I reccomend this album to people who liked for disliked Mer de Noms (sp?). Even if you arent a fan of the band, its still awesome. Oh ya, by the way, its by A Perfect Circle.

yea, it was a great cd. different than mer de noms, but in the long run i think they have changed for the better. im sure that some of this is related to paz's absence while she was working with zwan (i believe). i hate her and zwan and im glad they broke up. so far im really liking blue, and gravity. cool album cover too.

A Perfect Circle

Anyone like these guys?

I keep hearing clips of their stuff, and I'm considering buying the new CD.

I've heard some of their older stuff when they were a side project for Tool, and that wasn't bad either.

ive heard of dredg. they are pretty good; i would rather see them with tool though. i could live without deftones because i heard their live show sucks.

deftones live show is interesting to say the least. obviously the guys arenít the most talented musicians under the sun, so the work they do in the studio will obviously not be virgin to editing. but they do make up to the distorted (trying to be nice here) sound with alot of energy.

a tool and apc show would be cool, but i donít think maynard could handle two sets in a row heh.
