Paintball Celebrity Poker Tournament?
Camille's email mentioned a Paintball Celebrity Poker Tournament, but I can't find any details anywhere. What's up?
When? Where? Who can play?

Poker Tourney
Hey guys I am in the middle of finalizing the detail for the poker tourney. I know there will be great prizes for the event like ego's and geo's and a closer and a jersey from every professional team. We are giving the proceeds to a couple of charities so we need everyone to come out and play in the event. It will be great to say you took out Oliver Lang in VEGAS.(in the poker tourney that is)

Are you going to allow people 18+ to participate as well, or only 21+? I know some casinos allow 18+ to gamble, so I wasn't sure.

Word. I just think it would be a nice change because players parties and such are always at bars and people under 21 never get to participate.

I am not 100% positive, but I am pretty sure that everything in Vegas is 21 and older.

I think you are right. You may be able to walk around inside as 18 but to play you need to be 21.

I've heard that some of the Indian casinos allow 18+. Maybe that is slots and such, and no table games. I'm not sure as I've never been to Vegas.

hey guys I am a baller that lives in las vegas, my whole family works in casinos and resorts around las vegas, and from what I know the N.G.C (Nevada gaming commission ) refuses to let anyone under the age of 21 gamble. if there is real money and some sort of table game being played they wont allow it. Now here is the grey area, the N.G.C considers gambling, money changing hands in which to play a table or slot machine. so if u can get the permission of the N.G.C and tell them that no real money is being played in the tourny than they MIGHT allow it and that is a very small chance at that. The N.G.C is very strict so anyone under the age of 21 don't count on being able to play.

I also work for one of the major casinos here in Vegas. Trust me ....NO ONE under 21 is even allowed to loiter in the casino and or bar/lounge areas. They will probably be carding anyone appearing under the age of thirty...(as well they should). Anyone thinking about trying to circumvent the Gaming Laws here...PLEASE think twice. They don't play around. All you're gonna do is give Ballers a bad rap . Remember think before you act !!!
Bigslick380 says...
I think you are right. You may be able to walk around inside as 18 but to play you need to be 21.
Note..nevada gaming laws state all minors (under 21) are allowed to pass thru casinos in route to bathrooms and restaurants...NO LOITERING !!! This is usually strictly enforced as there are severe penalties involved to Hotel/casinos that don't comply. Especially at the Palms where a lot of the younger crowd hang out.... Keep your ids with you at all times. No id and you must leave the casino areas.BE CAREFUL...
