So what time do the guys at Dye go home?

Been trying to call someone over at Dye to talk about a gun improvement for the last week and every time its the same "No-One's in the office right now, would you like to leave a voicemail?"

Seriously, I'm calling at like 3pm their time, it shouldn't be all crickets yet.

Thats odd, i've gotten ahold of them everytime i've called. This was months ago though.

I spoke to a gun tech last week who stated he believed they were only open from 8-12pm PST this entire week, so that might be why you're having trouble getting in touch with anyone.

Tech has been closed most of last week as we have been expanding our warehouse. I have also been sick for the last 2 days and havent been able to answer as many tech calls as usual.
If you ever need Dye technical support feel free to send me a PM thru here to my personal SN or my other account of Dyetech2 and ill always be happy to help or send you in the right direction to get you what you need. OR you can go to www.Dyematrix.com and see if i have already answered a similar question in the DYE tech forums.
but to answer your question, tech is open from 8-5pm PST. However, sometimes we are pulled away and we do try to respond to missed calls ASAP.

I sent an e-mail off to the service e-mail line late last night after I was told the R+D guys don't like to talk on the phone. Hope it gets in the right hands and not totally ignored.
