 I gotta try that.
Nice thread BTW!

I think a big part of me not being about to gain muscle mass is because of poor nutrition.
Breakfast:
2 slices of organic whole wheat bread with a large glass of water
Lunch:
Generally a bagel, and 2 more slices of bread with some 1% milk
Dinner:
Rarely eat dinner.
Snacks:
Almonds, apples, peanut butter, tuna.
Workout usually goes:
Monday-Cardio
Tuesday-Cardio
Wednesday-Weight lifting
Thursday-Cardio
Friday-Weights
I'm at 12.5% body fat right now, and i'm not gaining any muscle what so ever. Is this because of the poor nutrition?

Wtf dude, you eat less than kids in Ethiopia. Of course your lack of muscle is attributed to your diet. Have you ever heard of protein? You know, the building blocks of muscle.....Take in roughly your bodyweight in grams in protein.
And for christ sakes, stop doing so much cardio and lift. Your muscles won't grow if they aren't stimulated

one thing i wanna bring up about fruit juices. i've noticed some have sugar added and some don't grape juice for example has like 40+g of sugar per serving, but is usually labeled no sugar added, while other juices may only have 30 but will have a high fructose corn syrup or fructose, or some other sugar additive. is one kind healthier for you or does it really not make much difference?

The best sugar u can have is pure cane sugar, dont by juices with processed sugar. Most fruit juices have sugar, so just dont drink too much of it, and stay away from artificial sweeteners.

Don't take creatine either because it's damaging to your body, right?
