Mid pressure regulator

I saw this http://www.actionvillage.com/031-536-0002, and was wondering what it was exactly. I never saw a "mid pressure" reg before. Can anyone please share some knowledge on it? Preferably from experience but if you read a review feel free to post it.

Thanks,
Roy.E

Well, if High pressure regulator is 850psi, and Low Pressure regulators are 450psi, then I have to assume that a "Mid Pressure" fixed output reg. would put out 650psi.
