Ion xe problems

I just replaced my trigger and now my gun is having issues. Everything in the gun is currently stock, and was working beautifully before I changed the trigger. After the new trigger was installed the gun would not fire with the eyes on, but when I turned the eyes off it would fire, but only a few balls before it stopped. I could hear the electronic trigger click and air being released but no balls. I made sure to see if the hopper was loading balls (it was), and tried it manually with no hopper, 1 ball at a time. I put in new batteries and found no leaks. The problem appears to be electronic but I can find nothing wrong. Any ideas?

take the grips off and adjust the trigger so you can inspect how the micro switch is being pressed by the trigger. Also, what kind of trigger is it?

its a different trigger, you are going to have to adjust it a bit. And make sure the spring is installed if you havent already. There is an adjustment screw under the frame that is the stock triggers magnet. A couple triggers I have installed in a few ions needed to be messed around with before it was set correctly. Sometimes they wont fire at all, sometimes they keep firing when you dont want it to.
