Actually, low pressure is recommended over high pressure. The only cause of this is because the mini lacks an on/off air source adapter and a high pressure regulator makes it harder to screw the tank on.
With that said, the only difference between high and low pressure is how hard it is to screw the tank on. The high pressure regulator is releasing more pressure which in turn puts more pressure on the regulator/air source adapter threads.
