Ok, so I just bought a used mini in non-working condition. It appears that the board is not registering trigger pull. I bought a new trigger to start with and it didn't help the problem. I then adjusted the Dwell, and the trigger magnets to see if that would help. It only actuates the solenoid a few times and then quits. I then took the gun completely apart and activated the sensor with the magnets manually. This works, when the gun is apart, but not when the gun is together. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
He said it worked fine with the gun apart, I would imagine that the solenoid is not a culprit. It might be a sensor board problem, do you have any other mini's at a local filed or that friends have that you can swap boards out on?
You should also check the polarity on the HES magnet on the trigger to the magnet on the body that is under the feed neck; They should repel. Let us know how any of that works out, or what you find out.
Edit: Make sure that none of the pins on the board are bent.
It has to be either the trigger magnet is out of adjustment. Only other issue would be the sensor board itself. but since it works with the gun apart I am inclined to think perhaps some of the contacts on the board are grounding out when the gun is put together. Maybe try putting electrical tape over any exposed contact that may touch the frame when assembled.

Unfortunately, non of the guys at my field, have mini's at this point. Two of them used to, but have sold them, so I cant swap boards or anything. I went ahead and ordered a new sensor board and HES magnet, so we'll see how it goes. I talked to the guy that I bought the marker from ad he said that he got it new two years ago, shot maybe a hopper of paint through it and then put it in storage. It seems strange that a marker would just stop working like that. But then I don't know the conditions of his "storage" either.
