nah, im not ambitious enough to play an instrument. but i have enough of an understanding for musical capability to see that dime bag daryl has the talent of three amazing guitarists combined (which is why i mentioned that pantera had tons of potential.) but that does not change the fact that in all honesty, the sound pantera produced was nothing short of a cliche outside of the metal scene. but then again, even some metalheads would agree that pantera was one of the less original metal acts when looking at some of the other thrash/sludge/ whatever bands back in late 80's to mid 90's (im not even going to mention some of their earlier releases, *cough* metal magic, *cough*.) type o negative is a good example of why pantera wouldn’t be considered the most experimental metal act under the sun. but of course this is all opinionated, because every has a different interpretation of the music that artists create. im not the biggest heavy metal fan,
