i eat fried chicken probably for like 2 or 3 meals a day.
i eat turkey bacon every day, and turkey sausage.
and I usually eat at least one hamburger per day with sauce and cheese on it.
when I think about the **** the average person eats per day it just doesn't seem that bad too me.

Eh, I don't like pepperjack or most 'sauces.'
My main concern with these would be getting super greasy fingers. I don't like greasy fingers.

Everyone knows fried chicken from KFC is a perfectly healthy source of protein. Clearly better than bread. And ****, bacon is practically lettuce if you think about it.

I'm happy they've finally forgone the silly vegatables and bread. Just skip the fillers and head straight for the real deal.
There's only two reasons people eat sandwiches; meat and cheese.

Not really. Breading adds a lot of junk carbs, and deep frying it loads it up with garbage fats. The cheese is probably terrible as well. Some cheeses are better than others and I doubt very much that kfc is springing for the good stuff.
It looks tasty, but it is by no means healthy.

Better than you.

KFC now uses Trans-fat free oil in their breading and frying
So millythekid, you think that a chicken breast, regardless of being fried or not is worse for you than a white roll?
i guarantee you you look at the daily %'s of a "big crunch" sandwhich VS this, and this will have less carbs, less saturated fats, and a **** load more protein

And you are probably an ectomorph, or possibly a mix between an ecto and meso judging by the pics of you

I think if they took a big enough cut of white meat, sliced it horizontally(like a sub roll) and then proceeded to shove said ingredients in, then bake, it would be amazing.

I, being somewhat fat, find this thread title hilarious, but the food looks good, not gunna lie, but like a horrible stomach ache afterwards.
