Bad Idea. Major in business and minor in photography. If you major in photography you are stuck. Not much else you can do with that. And quite frankly, if you're going to make a living in photography, it's not really going to help. Nobody cares if you have a degree in photography. They just want good shots. Your portfolio is all you need.
But if you major in Business, you can do almost anything. And, it will actually help you with your photography career. There are tons of talented photographers that can't earn a living at it because they just don't have any business sense. And there are tons of hacks making a living at photography because they understand the business side of it.

It really depends on what you want to shoot and what your budget is. If you can afford it, get the f2.8L 70-200. But, if you don't have the budget for that then the f4 is the next best option. Unless you plan to do indoor stuff in poor lighting. You'll need the extra f-stops if you do.
The F4L 80-200 is a great lens and for the price it's a good deal. Just not the best lens in that class.
