Does anybody know the names of these rap songs, or even the artist who sings them?

the first one goes like "24's, cash and clothes, thats how all my *****z roll" thats like the chorus

and the other one i know is by lil' jon & the eastside boyz and it goes like "if you don't give a damn/**** don't throw it up" and i know it's featuring a dude but i'm unsure of his name.

i know these clues are vague but if anybody can find the names of these songs i'd be very greatful.
