Hydro Testing Near Portland

Where can I get my old tank hydro tested near Portland OR? Is it even worthwhile, or should I consider replacing it?

Give US Cylinder Services a call...they were able to hydro my tanks while I waited the day before SG 45!

Yes! US Cylinder Services have been excellent for me in the past.

My first tank was ruined at my local hydro
testing facility in downtown Vancouver, WA,
so for the past many years I've gone here:

Industrial Source, National Fire Fighter Corp.
6330 SE 101st Ave
Portland, OR 97266

I would always look at the fire supply or welding supply stores. They work with the firefighters fiber wrapped air tanks and are more familiar with different style of compressed gas tanks. The fact that they charge you half as much as taking your tanks to a dive shop plays a part in it as well.

They did two of my tanks in about 20 minutes. Very friendly too.

I went to US Cylinder Services to get my paintball tank hydro tested. It was the closest to Portland and Beaverton, where I live. They did a great job.

Costs $5 per cylinder to have the reg removed. I paid the extra due to not having a chain vise and not wanting to ding up my regs... Worth the extra $$ imo

They removed my regulator but the o-ring was bad and they didn't have one to replace it. So, I put the regulator back on myself.
