I suggest getting a new gauge before trying to fix anything else. If you can't figure out your pressure, then anything we tell you may or may not be right and you may end up blowing your noid, if you haven't done so already.

Though blowing is noid is pertty much not possible, not having a gauge that works correctly is not that smart since things could go wrong fast.
