Or just lower your LPR a little and then raise the HPR to compensate and avoid the valve sticking issue.

I will try to lower my dwell this weekend.

When I lower the lpr it does not shoot as good. Yes it will work but, it is not as good as it should be. The effiency goes down too.

Glad it's working out for you.
It is normal to have a leak upon initial pressurization.
The valve needs to be seated against the seal/donut for a leak free seal.
If you still get a leak after a 100 or so cycles, send me a email.

I just got my donut in the mail, thanks Terry. I havent shot my victory long enough to experience any issues so I asked for one just in case. My new pressure tester came in today and Ive found that it came from the factory with a LPR of around 75 and HPR of just under 200.

Got my donut today...now if I can only unscrew the 2 halves, I can change it.

I'm on case 14 after this week end and showing some wacky chrono readings using DXS Silver with perfect bore size (.689) with a slight puff to push the ball out.

I would guess the regs need to be cleaned. I'm on case 13, and I cleaned mine recently.

Having the same issue, matching bore and paint with a MacDev kit, sending the marker in tomorrow.

Check the bolt alignment, remove the engine assembly and see how well it's on center. Could be that the bolt is dragging in the breach.
If you have stretched your string it's possible that you went too far and now it's hanging up on the valve.
