I just got my new phantom, and it does not come with the rod used to change the velocity. How do I do it without the rod?

Take off the barrel and use a flat head screwdriver.

to do it without the rod you need to take off the barrel, turn your pump handle half way around so its facing down (this is just so the pump handle it out of the way, it really has nothing to do with the velocity), then use a flat head screwdriver to adjust the velocity. You should see where the screwdriver needs to go on the bolt, it isnt that hard.
