New Favorite Seafood Thread [under new management]
old threads were ****ing stupid. whats your favorite seafood?
lobster, salmon, shrimp, and squid
edit: no poll for obvious reasons, freshwater animals are considered seafood in here

Lobster, prawns, shrimp, oysters, mussles, clams, scallops, crab, crayfish, trout, salmon, cod, halibut, rockfish, TUNA!, catfish.

Lobster, used to work on a lobster boat so I could get that **** free too.
Clams, oysters, shrimp, scallops, crabs, wana try swordfish all i can think of at the moment.

I used to hate salmon, until I tried non-farm raised salmon. Night and Day difference. Has a much better taste to it. Although it is more expensive. |

Favorite Combo:
Grilled Salmon
Grilled Shrimp with BBQ sauce
Grilled scallops mixed with white rice
Grilled Asparagus lathered in olive oil.
Blue Claw Crab with melted butter

Haven't found food from the sea i haven't liked. Lately I have been enjoying rare, pan seared ahi tuna with an awesome outer layer... not sure what is on it but it is delicious.

Black and White Sesame seeds are a very common crust for Tuna. Maybe it's that? If it's not that, then I have no idea.

I'd think that it would just crumble and flake all over the grill.
Anyways, I love all seafood, though Octopus is an interesting texture. Could've just been the way it was cooked though. For the first time I had oysters a while back, grilled oysters are tasty
