I agree... but they are the ones in charge once you sign that over. The whole thing is really stupid.

By chance has anyone heard the band The Accident Experiment? That's the band Marcos is in now... petty good stuff too. He's style is quite different than what it was in POD.

and, Fogbow, unless you know POD and have gotten that form the directly, all there is, is speculation, about Marcos/POD split. I personally think he left. Hopefully POD will come out with what really happened some day, but for now, all the evidence I've found through talks with this one dude from www.thesouthtown.com (adian I believe, he's a mod there) points to the fact that he left.

and if he was kicked out, it was by Cook Management, not the record album.

you want to know what pod is good for and isnt good for. the're good for pussies with no life, they're not good enough for pantera to wipes their a*ses with. they're good see something so pathetic you have to laugh, they're not good enough to share a stage with bands as bad as n'sync. they'd be good for things to stand on in a real mosh, they're not even a half way decent excuse for a band let alone a rock band

Well, I heard that they (as in other than POD) was upset with Marcos with playing with Sprung Monkey and he was getting pissed off with organized religion. POD didn't exactly want Marcos to go.

yeah, Fogbow, I've heard that too. It's all a confusing mess, but fortunately, we got two kick-butt bands out of this mess. God really does use stupid crap like this split for the better good.

I just hope Accident Experiment comes to Florida...

Honestly, I can't say the same for POD. They taken quite a down fall for me. But it actually happened a while ago. They've just become too poppy for my tastes after the album Southtown.

well, I only really got into them about a year ago, when I heard Alive and Youth of theNation. No, morel ike 2 years ago now. Then I bought all the old albums, and I really do like the older stuff better, but I'm hoping this new album will be better.

Still, AX is new, very very good (of course, they've got Marcos!!), and if anyone islikely to murder Britney Spears, it'd be them. Ok, so Metallica probably would before them, but wwhatever.

PS: it's an EP, not a demo

it sounds better to say EP and Demo, plus demo is like 2 songs, EP is like 7 or so, album is 12-20 or so. and I cannot wait for their album either, Mind Death Machine is the best track I've heard in a long time, better than Will You in my opinon.
