I was one of those few I can honestly say I went through a hopper and 8 pods in the last 5 min just laying down paint from the woods onto the beach.

That was a nice little surprise in the last few minutes of the game when you guys came walking up through the woods. I was watching you come up thinking you were out, then saw you stop for a second and look. I yelled incoming and the #@$t hit the fan!!! I was the guy right next to the girl hanging the flag at the last few seconds, intense.
Just wanted to give a yell to all of the Germans that were in this last little battle and say, well done!!!

You got that right man. When they came in on us we all just spread out and held the line. I ended up hopping over the barrier and moving down to the where that pole building was (with only a board on it). I had 3 of them gunning on me and took a few skippers off the mask. In the last minute I finally got reinforcements from the insertion lane and we held them off. Walking out though I walked with the Allieds I had just been shooting at and we all congratulated each other on well played moves and such. Great final battle!

I can confirm that as I was the 2nd guy there. The guy in front of me set off the trip wire which set off the alarm ....

All we needed was 2 more minutes and we would have stormed the German HQ. There was enough of us about 40 .

That last push on the beach was amazing! Allies- you guys layed down some real firepower. Great job! I got a taste of what it must be like when you had to go through the landing craft. BFB is gonna be a trip!
