Wrong
I was one of the people on the tank next to the boat and everyone there couldn't move out of it until we were pushed back by the ref. Also no one got bunkered by the allied.
We were told we couldn't go past the beach line once the horn blew.

"Don't go past the beach signs" is a bedrock rule of the beach that has existed for eight years. I can forgive you for not knowing if it's your first year and you were confused by the signs, but I can't forgive the ref who told you it was ok to charge.
I also can't forgive the Germans who don't move back (you can see them in the video sticking behind their bunkers after the ref moves the main mass back). Hopefully, they got bunkered in the face.

Don't worry the same ref started chasing the stragglers off also, You really have to commend those guys. This happened in the course of 2-3 minutes and really didn't have an adverse impact on the game. The Allies overran that spot in short order.

I consider our "compensation" the cease fire called right before we were going to try to breach the tree line, allowing pretty much all our troops to rally just before hand lol. and you can't ***** about that, the germs did it every chance they got to.

Why would commend players who break the rules? I would commend the Allied players who had to run out of those boats with the Germans so far ahead of their designated area.

Yeah, don't confuse my grumbling with *****ing about the outcome of the game. Little stuff like this rarely changes things one way or the other. Good to know the refs were on top of things.

its not breaking rules, from our point of view, if the refs told us it was legal. its not like we were there when the door dropped waiting to hose you from 30 yards, we were standing behind the signs when you guys were released, and then as you guys were running out and fully able to shoot at us, we ran out onto the beach. if i was you guys i woulda shot the piss out of a bunch of dudes running out onto the beach...sorry for the angry comments, my point is, the refs said it was ok. and we were getting shot at in getting to those places so doesn't that make it a fair place to be?

If I was you I wouldn't defend actions I knew to be wrong. Accept that you got away with a missed call by the ref, and leave it be.

Ok ok ok everyone relax here. They asked the Refs, the ref messed up. Not really their fault.
And not defending them but the piece of tape that showed how far we were suppose to go wasn't there really. Or if it was it was dang hard to see when looking for it, let alone under fire.
Mistakes from refs happen like this all the time. It happened to me numerous times in many games before. This happens, this is paintball. Lets just drop it and let it go.

A Company. I was there thrusting as well. I came off the second to last boat on the right of the Allies via second insertion. When the doors dropped for the initial charge, it was raining paint everywhere around the boats. So much fun. I'll play Allied next year just so I can do that again!
Some of you may have seen me. I was shooting a green AKA Sniper II.

lol, I assure you after some of the things I saw on that beach and shortly thereafter, I'm very much dead on the inside.... apparently when we were clearing out the HQ I threatened to pee on people if they didn't move up? Somebody told me about that later, I have no recollection but it sounds like something I'd say.
