Where Does The Energy Go?

I wasnt sure where to post this but I figured I would get better answers here. So the rule "Energy cant be created or destroyed"- What happens when we exercise? Where does the energy go when we "burn energy" running around and working out or whatnot? Ive been wondering this for a couple months now.

Gets transformed into another form, mostly heat.

Exactly what vikings said. It gets transformed into another energy. The easiest situation to imagine is when potential energy gets turned into kinetic energy, such as when a ball rolls down a hill. Most of the time it will just turn into heat though.

When you exercise, most of the energy is transformed into heat. I really would rather have it be light, though (obvious physiological maladies of such a proposal aside).

It gets converted into spiritual energy. As you exercise, you are creating little invisible pixies that make things move around, like dumbbells and the treadmill. Once you are done, the little pixies go to heaven.

Really? L. Ron Hubbard answeres this in his book about scientology. The energy turns into soul energy aliens that nuke our volcanos to kill the aliens that were here before us and use their souls of their burning bodies to power their spaceships. Im sure if they were here today they'd pick James Brown as their leader. He is after all the father of soul.

The "energy you burn" is your nutrients, which turn into, waste. It is not converted into heat, as the high school dropouts here will tell you, the heat is a result of the chemical processes. You can not turn hydrogen into particle vibrations which is exactly what heat is, the vibration of particles. Just like when you burn wood the result is smoke and ash, the heat is only a result of the chemical process and not part of it.

No one was saying heat was anything but a result from processes...

Don't bother. This is just more evidence that science education in this country is a horrific joke. I'm taking this post straight to the school board.

this explains on a cemical level what u are asking.
as u can see engery isn't lost it is in a comstant cycle.
what we call burning engery is only the step in the cycle that our body use's the engery.

note: it's been a while sencie i've study'd this so please forgive me if there are any matakes.

So have a rather strange question.

If the universe is expanding constantly, and the space between matter increases, and there are spots of high gravity that form stars or whatever, and these stars will all eventually die out in a few different ways with most becoming dead mass, will there be a time of complete death of the energy or heat of our universe?

Constant states of entropy give to enthalpy, that means eventually, all energy will be settled. Eventually.

Meaning when our star dies out, it will eventually go thuogh stages to become a brown dwarf. Meaning little to no heat go out into our solar system. All stars will die right?

Even big ones turn out to explode, and if their big enough, just creat more stars. Or gravity wells.

So TL;DR, All energy dies out eventually right? Either it turns into mass or settles?
