Cocking Rod - Can't Pull Back all the way

I am trying to get the cocking rod pulled all the way back so that it locks, but no luck. It simply won't lock into place before I even turn on the gun. It locks into place if I pull the whole back block off the Omen. Its that when the block is in, the cocking rod simply won't lock into place. I've oiled the hammer o-ring and even tried turning the cocking rod out a bit but no luck.

Any ideas?

Check your hammer plate and make sure it's screwed in tight.

If its not cocking all the time, then check your sear. Make sure your solonoid is fully extending to the resting position... so open the grip frame and see if the metal divider that the solnoid piston rests on is fully extended.

luisodude, you are an idiot; to everyone else, thanks. I'll try your suggestions. Funny thing is, the cocking rod was working just fine before I sent it to PMIl for service. Now, the cocking rod won't lock back at all after I got it back.

someone else had the same thing happen... the divider inside can move around due to shipping... you should be fine shortly.
