MQ Pump?

I was looking at building an MQ pump. What are the materials I would need in order to do this.

you would need a small board that works with the electronic solenoid (mq valve). some people use the universal T-board (i think) since its compatable with the mq valve... and wiring... and def. batteries.. if you forget the bats.. it won't work. LOL

and maybe some cool looking lights... and maybe ramp mode

When making an mQ'ed pump, do most people use the eye? I know it's sort of a silly question, but the body I have is already drilled and I have the eye for the eblade.

Part of me says it's just another point of failure.

On the other hand, it covers up the horrible eye holes on the side.

Just curious what others have done.

i personally do not use an eye on mine. the guy who made the write up on MCB *a very very handy write up btw* said he was going to add an eye to his S5 Mq2 pump. it's not really necessary but it will probally help if you pump super fast on the a/t.

Overall it is an investment and you do need to have some soldering skills. You also must not be afraid of cutting up a grip frame to make the t-board and battery fit.

I love my MQ2 pump, i use it way more than my mini orracle pump even though my mq pump is heavier.

In fact there isn't really a way to use the eye, especially in the stock location ...

Yeah, that's the simplest and easiest way to go. You'll want an externally adjustable reg too, since velocity adjustment will come from there.

A UTB board installation can get complicated, depending on what frame you want to use it with.

I found a completely bare eblade frame that someone is going to sell me. But the question is what do I need to put in that frame. All I know is the trigger, board and grips. But is there anything else I need to put in.

battery typically helps when using electronic guns . Pretty sure that's all you'll need.

yeah the battery, oh and you can take OUT the pancake noid, or dont buy it

if youre getting an Eblade frame, get the Senario Dreams Eblade Tboard its 10 bucks

if you are gonna run a single trigger frame that can hold a micro switch(either by is being a rare single trigger frame that has micro switch mounts, or by modding it to hold one) get the Senario Dreams Universal Tboard, it can power an mq and fits almost anywhere

this is one of the only write ups you'll need on making a single trigger mq2 pump. it's what i used. http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/349534-post1.html

this way uses a ccm 86 frame *a 45 can be used with less modification*, the UTB board, and the Mq2 valve. The only problem is the utb wiring has changed a little bit since this write up so talk to scenario dreams and you gota read the UTB manuals!
