What type of fish are we talking about?

Panfish -> Nothing beats a simple fish fry

Larger fish-> Maby baked or broiled/grilled? seasoned with some sort of cajun seasoning and lemon juice?

do fresh lemon squeezed on top plus fresh ground pepper and a dash of coarse sea salt. pan fry or broil, either will be delicious.

Fish Lorenzo

get like 1lb of fish, dip it in egg wash, roll in italian bread crumbs, top with crabmeat stuffing and bake for about 20mins at 375*.

One of my favorites, really good with dolphin or any white flaky fish.

My favorite way to cook fish it to coat the fillets in egg, then roll them in flour. When they fully coated, you put it in the deep fryer for about 30 seconds. Its delicious.

You can't really bbq fish, it dries out, but you can grill it.

On the grill? Keep the scales on the filets, pour italian dressing, salt and pepper, squeeze some lemon on top and put a few dabs of butter. Cover with foil, put in fridge for a little while. Take it out throw it on the grill scales down, sprinkle with some tony's and you're ****ing golden.

Fried? **** eggs... Dredge in mustard and tobasco, dredge in fish fry (don't let it sit in the fish fry after dredging) throw it in oil.

A little something I made a while back with some trout, mmmmm....
