That is all you need! Easy enough to use and its always updating and you don't have to wait by your mailbox for the next issue and when can keep up-to-date right here! Besides it's probley a little bit cheaper to this than the magazines.

Definitely agree there. PGi had the best content up until the last issue. The economy pretty much ended the run of a great magazine.

Heh, I have to store my back issues by themselves, as they don't fit in conventional boxes like my APG/PB2X/PSM/etc magazines. They did adopt the more American size later, but the earlier ones... wow!

APG is perfect for people just getting into paintball because its focus is on safety, tactics, and recball/woodsball which helps ease people into the sport. When you first started paintball did you really care about the tournament scene? Probably not because lets all admit it we were too worried about how not to look like an idiot or get shot. I read APG when I first started playing and I was like "oh this magazine is awesome!" but when you get more experienced you probably dont want to read about the importance of wearing a mask or some story about kids playing woodsball and having fun yay! So as much as I dislike reading APG now, its actually a pretty essential magazine for out sport.

APG does fill that role. They accomplish it in large part by basically re-hashing the same set of articles on an annual basis. In some cases, articles from 1993 are literally re-published directly and repeatedly.

In all honesty paintball magazines are very boring and not worth buying. Its like paying $5 to find out eclipse is making an ego10...shocker. The pictures are cool but thats about it.

Haha I've noticed they do that with pictures as well. I mean, reusing articles I can kind of understand because it takes some effort to write an article but reusing pictures? Seriously? How hard is it to get out on the field and press a shutter button?

i hate how the articles are very dumb and poorly written
the writers know nothing
and they are still reviewing autocockers and automags

that magazine is an ebarrassment to our sport. i always try to hide it at a store

paintball sports mag does well with talking about rec play, general info, touny, ect.
