My Bl Closer Pe Won't Budge

I just got my new closer in about a week ago. anyway, i'm taking it apart to lube when i realize the back cap will not come off the gun. i used a great amount of strength and cannot seem to make it move at all. I would attempt to push the bolt from inside the breech, but i dont want to damage the pillow bolt. any suggestions?

Pushing it out from the front is exactly how I get the engine out of my Marq 7. It won't hurt anything as long as you either use a swab or push with something like an allen key on the edge of the bolt, not the pillow (that's how I do it, no damage yet).

It's foam rubber. Use a swab and push it.

i would go outer bolt. its stainless steel and wont hurt anything. the pillowbolt isnt firm enough to push against.

I did once and just used a barrel swap. Try using something that inst to hard but to soft that can fit in there and push it out. That sounded wrong lol.

how about a socket wrench that's big enough to allow the pillow bolt to be inside but fit on the front of the bolt. you can't go scratching your gun inside though. put the socket extention on the table pushing down on the gun and pulling on the back cap. I'd be so carefull if it's stuck that bad you might have rolled a o-ring inside and it's just going to be tuff

before i leave my gun, i'll get a new swab and try pushing it out myself. I realize this is probably due to a lack of lube on the o-rings. i've shot a case through my gun and am now thinking the manufacturer did not pre-lube before shippment
