We had some confusion recently about event threads, and the proper way to post 'em up here. Today, we have a clarification on event threads:
Event threads ARE allowed. One thread per event, please. It would be best to have a representative of the host (field, store, or event promoter) start the thread, but it's understood that such things aren't always possible. I know there's a few field owners out there who aren't on here much, and have a minion do these things.
It would be helpful to also post the information in the Upcoming Events thread, linking back to your field thread, as well as to the event discussion thread. This way, we can all have maximum exposure, as well as maximum user-friendliness.
