I dont know about yalls fields but 99% of the fields ive played at only have port-o-potties and we all know what those are like .

last tourney i was in we weren't given a break from 9-3 and i hadn't packed any food. by the last three games i was more worried about where i was gonna get food then concentrating on the game. so PACK FOOD!

If you ever go to a tourny and find your team's tent next to a team named the sticky bandits i highly suggest you move or lock up your stuff. They are named that for a reason. Man...I could of used those three cases of paint. Ohh good thread btw

Hey ive been tryin to get into tournaments and i recently did my first tournament however i only had a vibe... So im lookin to buy a 05 ego or a cheap 07 ego plz help

i started playin paintball in late august and havent even played a tourny but this will help a lot. im tryin to get a team wit the kids at my school but no1 will be as devoted as me like i tried to get every1 to agree to join a league in the 2010 season and try to practice enough were we will be confident enough to play the chicago open in march but every1 wants to do basketball and doesnt want to go up there to play and we are all 13 and 14 but none of us have ever even played on a speedball course and some ppl hav nvr even played on a public field!! how can i persuaDE ppl to get more into it and spend time effort and money on the sport and dream we all share and wat tips would u give me to practice for speedball wen we dont hav access to speedball field or even inflatables or a good field other than the public to practice on? pleez pm me wit ideas and tips im in need of sum experience help!!

Frankly, **** trying to get a bunch of rec ballers who could care less into the sport. If they weren't hooked from day 1 the statistics will show they never be. Go to your local field and practice with the regulars until you're good enough to join a team, or maybe you'll meet other new players.

ya i didnt read all the pages but some good advice before a tourney is def practice against experienced teams. u might be afraid of getting beat or watever but believe it or not the games where u get pounded into the ground although hurt ur pride the most actually help the most. look at who got u out and why and from where so the next time u hit that bunker u kno wat angles to play and what not......also dont bring any tools (allen keys, wrenches etc)
my first tourney i played i got called out by a ref in the semi-finals when i dove into the snake and my wrench fell outa my pocket lol XD
