also if you cant eat "like me" try to eat some fruit, for some reason i cant eat anything but juicy fruit in the morning, my fav is pinapple, followed by grapes. paintballers breakfast of champions lol.

Drinking excessive amounts of water before bed is a NOT good for the body...the body should be able to expel all excess liquid before you go to sleep, It will in no way hydrate you anymore than waking up and fluid and electrolyte cycling.
