I don't know about sizing and how to tell if my dye arm pad as the right size... its an 08. The problem is there is some tension when i bend my arm. and that open cut in the inside of the pad. About where your arm bends, it is below where my arm actually bends maybe a good inch lower. Should I go a higher size?

Also I wear an 07 Dye Pants size medium. Yet there jersey I wear like an XXL because the sleeves are so short. yet my armpads are at least a large thinking about going to XL. What size should I get Dye core slider shorts?

If the pad is comfortable to you and it fits, then its the right size. It's your decision if you want to go a size bigger.

You're asking us what size shorts you should get and you don't even tell us what waist size you are? Are you that lazy to go to the Dye website and look for yourself? There's even a sizing chart thread.
