ICDO raffle? supporting users at a certain $$ level get a chance?

you should prob. just keep it then.
unless someone is really gonna use it..
giving it to a noob might result in a not so happy ending for the marker..
ie broken, thrown out, traded/sold, abused, neglected, etc.

ps why avoid icdo? i personally like pbn better(no idea why, i just do) but icdo does have some totally sweet icd specific stuff for us, like the bst..

Pump, while I am overly flattered that I made the list, please remove me from it. I have too many markers that see too little field time as it is. I've got a thunderstruck that I have never put on the field. I just don't play enough to justify having a first like that.

Stunna
Eric
Spitle
Northup
Veedoubleugee
In that order.

Of course, Joe goes first, and I would keep greg in mind as well.

Don't mistake me, I WANT it, but I would be doing it a disservice if I had it. Instead of sitting in a closet in the land flowing with milk and honey, it would be sitting in a closet in arkansas.

I think it would be best in the hands of a noob! You'd have to educate him on what it is now and what it was when it was made so he can tell the other kids what it is when they ask. Make sure he has a fast hopper so no chops and let him rip his buddies up with their mechs.

It'd get some use. Other newbs would get to see how it rips and know that he got it for free. Possibly look for a B2K of their own.

You just need to find the right kid.

It would be a disservice to anything ICD to have a marker like that tucked away in a closet for years. Lets get it shooting again!!

Just my opinion.

ah this sounds good, post it in the thread and lets see what everyone says
Im personally not gonna use the gun bc I have my own markers. But the gun will get tons of use. I will also maintain the marker and teach my cousin how to breakdown/rebuild it.

I will also promise to never sell the marker.

Its just an option so the gun can get both used and properly maintained.

What do you guys think?

It doesn't get much better than that! Having one of the ICD fam to teach him how to tech it will make sure he always has it ripping. As long as he knows, he got it for free... When he is done with it, it should be returned to Pump or veedoubleguee for another worthy pass on and never sold.

Good show!!

yeah it might be a cool thing for a permanent hand me down(or hand me up) for new players, as long as someone who knows what they are doing is in control of it

Sounds like a good solution. Of course, this got me to thinking that we should get a thread stickied listing some of the more important Bushies and who currently has hands on them so that we can beat them down if we ever see a partout.

You dont have to worry about me keeping my word...Besides Ive bought/sold tons of stuff from/to the icd crew. Everyone knows where I live...all they have to do is check their paypal...LMAO.

I also like the Idea of keeping a list of rare guns and owners. Maybe get the serial #'s if possible.

can you guys seriously find no one that will take this out and play with it?

I don't think I'm as well known as some of the older guys here, but I've been an ICD owner for as long as I've paintballed. I've owned a preserial BKO as my very first paintball marker. I bought it before they were released. Then I've owned 2 Eclipse Bushmasters, a Bonebrake, GS Frostbite, and many more bushmasters. Then I owned a couple of Freestyles as well. I have no problems tearing down and servicing any ICD marker.

Every gun I own gets used and cleaned thoroughly. I only own 2 right now at the moment anyways.

If you REALLY can't find someone to hand it down to, I'd be more than happy to I'll get some videos of it in use too ;-)
