ST? what should i marinate my steak tips in?

Title says it all. I have 3lbs of sirloin steak tips and two hanger steaks about 8oz each. What should i marinate these in.

Likes:
spicy
pepper
strong
not too sweet.

Dislikes:
Really sweet
not spicy

puree orange juice, a couple bunches of cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic and a can of chipotle peppers. i also like to add a sweet dark beer in with it at a 3:1 ratio of the orange juice. the beer is optional tho the marinade works well either way.

I like adding it, has a subtle difference in flavor from black pepper. But yeah, not crucial. I came up with that combination off the top of my head; sounds pretty good though, now I wanna try it.

Try an asian marinade with garlic, ginger, soy, a little hoisin, some peanut oil, green onions and lime juice.

sriracha, lil bit of sugar, hoisin, splash of teriyaki, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a blended up kiwi. Marinade for 1-2 hours.
