The one on Kirkwood Highway?

I started lifting in late 2006 - I was around 200 pounds then, I weigh 250 now, and am probably slightly leaner.

Bench - 365
Squat - 605

Bench max is really old and squat max is a 2rm. Hopefully will have new maxes on those lifts soon.

Haha a total of 595 would irk me way too much. I would have put 5 more pounds on that, no matter how bad it looks with little 2 1/2 pound plates next to all of those 45s haha. Must be OCD.

And why the username change?

You must have not seen my other post. I was planning to do 605 but I miss counted and realezed after I made the lift that there was only 595 on there. I was pissed. I tried to do another rep at 615, then 605, but failed both. The 595 was really hard and I had to hump the bar up a little bit, so I might have not got it if I calculated correctly and it was 605.

Was using a backup name since the modzis are all over STA again and closed our GDT. I don't have any idea what the deal is.

I would rather be big and not as strong than strong and not as big. Maybe just for the fact that im trying to get big for football.

Looking through this thread and what my old maxes were made me realize how little I've down over the past 6 months. 40lbs to my bench, 50lbs to my squat, and 45lbs to my deadlift. Sigh

I guess I missed this. The one up in Coventry CT, near Hartford. If you are who I think, you were just starting your business, like 2005ish selling NDZ parts, running a smart parts sponsored team.
